Another killer album by a band that I am late to discover. While their debut LP was a celebration of all things 70s hard blues rock, this is a serious departure into the progressive side of things. No noodling about, however. It reminds me most of a genre I may or may not have coined called ‘College Rock’, the typical elements of which being technical proficiency, the inspiration of youth, killer songwriting, and a positive attitude.
